Connect Every Messaging App You Already Use

We handle the API registrations, bot configurations, and channel pairing so your AI assistant appears exactly where your conversations happen — with the right persona for each context.

You might be experiencing...

Meta's WhatsApp Business API requires navigating the Developer Console, phone number verification, and approval flows that take hours to decode
iMessage relay only works on macOS servers, and the setup involves Apple Push Notification Service certificates that expire and break silently
Setting up a Discord bot requires OAuth2 scopes, permission integers, and server invite flows that are non-obvious even for developers
You're not sure which channel to start with, or whether you need a business account versus a personal number for WhatsApp

Messaging channel setup connects your OpenClaw AI assistant to the apps you and your team already use every day — so AI becomes part of your natural workflow, not a separate tool you have to remember to open.

OpenClaw supports WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, iMessage, and Mattermost out of the box. Each channel has its own API requirements, registration flows, and credential formats. WhatsApp requires Meta Business verification. iMessage requires an Apple Push Notification Service certificate on a macOS host. Discord requires an OAuth2 app with the right permission scopes. None of these are obvious, and one misconfiguration silently breaks everything.

We handle every registration and configuration step. You tell us which channels you want, we do the API work, connect them to your OpenClaw instance, and configure a tailored persona for each — so your WhatsApp assistant can have a different name and tone than your Discord bot, even though both run on the same underlying model.

Every channel we set up is live-tested with a real message before handover. You watch the reply arrive on your device. Only then do we consider the work complete.

If you already have OpenClaw installed — either by us or independently — channel setup can be added at any time. Existing channels are never touched during new channel configuration.

Contact us to tell us which channels you want to connect, and we will confirm availability and timeline within one business day.

API Registration

We complete the registration steps for each channel — Meta Business verification for WhatsApp, BotFather setup for Telegram, OAuth app creation for Discord, or APN certificate generation for iMessage.

We configure each channel in OpenClaw, set webhook endpoints, map the correct API credentials, and apply channel-specific persona settings so each channel has the right name, tone, and behavior.

30 minutes

Testing

We send test messages through every connected channel and confirm end-to-end delivery, reply routing, and persona behavior before handover.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a business WhatsApp account?

For the WhatsApp Business API, yes — you need a phone number registered through Meta's Business Manager. This can be a new number or an existing one that you port. We guide you through the registration and verification process as part of the setup.

Can I add more channels later?

Yes. Each channel is an independent connection in OpenClaw. You can add WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, iMessage, or Mattermost at any time as a separate channel setup service. Existing channels are not affected.

Which channel should I start with?

For personal use, Telegram is the fastest to set up — no Meta approval process, instant bot creation, and reliable delivery. For business use, WhatsApp is usually the highest-value channel because it reaches clients where they already communicate. We will recommend the right starting point based on your situation during the audit.
