Why We Built This

OpenClaw is genuinely impressive open-source software. A single Node.js process that connects WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, and iMessage to any AI model — Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, or a locally-run Llama instance. It runs on a $5 VPS. Your conversations never leave your server.

The problem is the setup. Getting OpenClaw running correctly requires Node.js 24, an nginx reverse proxy, SSL certificates from Let’s Encrypt, a process manager to keep it alive after reboots, and — if you want WhatsApp — a successful Meta Business API registration. That is roughly a dozen moving parts that need to work together, and each one has its own documentation, its own failure modes, and its own community forum of people who hit the same wall you are hitting.

Most people who want a private AI assistant on their phone should not have to navigate all of that. We built RemoteWebAdmin so they do not have to.

Who We Are

What “White-Glove” Means

We do not install and disappear. White-glove service means:

• Same-day setup for most personal installations — you book a consultation, we schedule the installation, and most clients send their first message the same day.
• Ongoing monitoring — we watch your instance’s uptime and respond to issues within 4 hours, whether that is a crashed process, a failed SSL renewal, or a WhatsApp API token expiry.
• Monthly maintenance — we apply OpenClaw updates, verify all channels are functioning, rotate credentials if needed, and keep a configuration backup.
• No surprises — before we touch anything, we explain what we are doing and why. After we finish, we document what we did.

Our Privacy Commitment

We never have access to your conversations. OpenClaw runs on your server — not ours. When we perform maintenance, we access only the system configuration via SSH. The message content is processed on your server and never transmitted anywhere outside it.

This is not a policy. It is architecture. The entire point of OpenClaw is that the AI processing happens on infrastructure you control. We help you run that infrastructure correctly.
